Mutual Ministry
The Mutual Ministry is a group of six people who make up the personnel committee for Concordia. They are nominated by the pastor and the council president and confirmed by the congregation council. Our mission is to review all staff twice annually. Staff includes the Pastor, Secretary, Parish Life Coordinator, Minister of Music, and the Nursery School Director.

In a larger sense, the Mutual Ministry acts as a liaison between the members of our parish home, the Congregation Council, and Concordia staff. They are available to the entire congregation to answer questions, hear concerns, or resolve problems. If you don’t know where else to go, then go to the Mutual Ministry. Members were chosen for their ability to maintain a confidence. They listen confidentially, encourage honest speaking, and seek to remove obstacles that may be inhibiting your ministry. The Mutual Ministry provides a safe and confidential place for conversation and consolation.
