CALL FOR SINGERS: Please alert your choir directors that a limited number of interested singers will be welcomed to sing at the service with a rehearsal on Tuesday, October 24 from 7-9 p.m. at Concordia Lutheran Church, 40 Pitkin St., Manchester, CT Interested choir members are asked to contact office@concordiamanchester.org no later than October 13 by email to receive a packet of anthems and service music that will be sent electronically. Email should include their full name, email and telephone #, congregational affiliation and voice part. The choir will be limited to 44 volunteer singers: 11 of each of the 4 voice parts. Singers will be chosen based on the date of receipt of the email at the parish office. There is a fee of $10 per singer in order to participate in the choir to cover printing and folders. This donation is due at the Tuesday rehearsal. The Tuesday rehearsal is mandatory for participation. Please note that the choir loft is unfortunately not handicapped accessible.



INFORMATION FOR GUEST CLERGY: Roman Catholic Priests and Deacons and Rostered Leaders of the ELCA are invited to be a part of this commemoration and should email Pastor Barclay no later than Monday, October 23 at pastor@concordiamanchester.org. Roman Catholic and Lutheran clergy will be vested in an Alb and Red Stole. Ecumenical Clergy are also welcomed and should wear vesture appropriate to each tradition.
